Cancellation Policy: You have 24 hours to inform me that you need to cancel, unless its a same-day emergency. (at my discretion) You must rebook within 30 days or you forfeit your deposit!
No Call No Show: No call no shows will not be able to book with me again and will be charged the full booked service amount.
Deposits: Deposits are non refundable and go towards the serviceLate feeI allow a 5 min grace period. 10 min=$10 late fee. 20 min= a cancelled appointment. Please be sure to reach out to me ahead of time if you are running late.
Travel Fee: My travel fee is $40 for up to 40 Minutes. If your event is further, please reach out to me. Travel fee is for Special Occasion Events, Bridal and Wedding Party Experiences only. (prices vary and subject to change)
Unhappy Experiences: While I hope you love your looks and my expertise, sometimes things can get lost in translation, if you do not LOVE your look while you're in my chair at any point during the service please let me know and I am happy to adjust your look, If you leave my chair/establishment and are unhappy with the look but do not communicate, I am no longer liable and do not offer refunds.
If I cancel: If for any reason I have to cancel your service I offer 100% money back and we can reschedule for another day of your choosing if available!
