How should your client take care of their skin before an appointment?
Clean face and groomed eyebrows unless you're adding on "brow clean up" in your booking!

What is your cancellation policy?
You have 24 hours to inform me that you need to cancel, unless its a same-day emergency. (at my discretion) You must rebook within 30 days or you forfeit your deposit! No call no shows will not be able to book with me again.

Can I bring my own makeup?
I do not allow my clients to bring their own makeup unless it's lashes. I have done a lot of research and taken time to perfect my craft. If you have specific questions or allergies, please reach out.

How do you clean your sponges and brushes?
I clean my brushes/sponges with Antibacterial Dawn soap followed by micellar water followed by a spritz of brush cleaner on a makeup brush cleaning scrub palette. I also buy new brushes & products weekly.

Do you allow Children?
I do not allow children unless the children are being serviced. This is a luxury experience atmosphere and time for you to relax and be pampered.

I'm running late, Is there a late fee?
I allow a 5 min grace period. 10 min=$10 late fee. 20 min= a cancelled appointment. Please be sure to reach out to me ahead of time if you are running late.

Are you comfortable with different ethnicities? Of course, I have worked with different skin tones and textures. If you would like to see my past work, please check out my instagram and Facebook booking platforms.

Are you comfortable with mature skin?
Absolutely! If you have any concerns please let me know in advance.

What brand of makeup do you use? Is it hypoallergenic? I use all kinds of makeup brands! More than half are hypoallergenic. Please let me know if you have concerns or special requests. I will do my best to accommodate where necessary.

Do you accommodate large parties? Yes! Please message me for more details.

Do you do trial sessions for brides and bridesmaids? Is there a fee? Yes! I offer 2 separate experiences. My Bridal experience is specifically for the bride and her many events as she preps for the big day. The Wedding Party Experience is for the Wedding Day. Please message me before booking.

What is your travel fee?
My travel fee is $40 for up to 40 Minutes. If your event is further, please reach out to me. Travel fee is for Bridal and Wedding Party Experiences only. (prices vary and subject to change)

How long do makeup sessions take?
Your makeup session can vary based on the glam you book, add ons and specific skin needs. If you are tight on time, please book a little more time just in case.

Can I send you inspo photos?
Yes, I love to get creative with my clients!

What will happen if you (the makeup artist) can’t make it on my wedding/event day?
I hope to never have to cancel. In the event that I do have to cancel I offer a full 100% money back guarantee. I also offer a free glam experience for each person in the bridal party for future bookings.
